How can I use this without vagrant?
Hi
I want to run this on my NAS (which is always online). However, I am afraid that running a VM on it will have a great impact on it's performance for other services (ie: Plex).
How can I run this outside of the vagrant box?
Thanks for the help
Hey,
The only reason I set it up in Vagrant was to make it use able on all architectures. Unfortunately, my laptop died when working on this project and getting VB and vagrant working on my new laptop (antegros) ended up being SUPER frustrating so I never finished the project. What IS complete is the entirety of the setup. So all of those install scripts that are run from the vagrant file could be run directly on your NAS machine. You are definitely right to worry about performance implications btw. So technically, all those scripts (if they work of course) will give you a machine that can run Sikuli. What isn't done is technically the easy part. Actually writing the Sikuli scripts to order the product. So, if you try to do the install on your NAS machine, I'll try and work with my laptop again to get VB and vagrant working again (this was the kick in the pants I needed lol) and I can try and help with any errors your getting. I started a new job and I've been doing no open source dev and that's just unnacceptable.
Best, Price
