Time lag on Android platform - any idea why?

I played around with this package and it worked fine on my PC, well done!

I then used it on my android phone and there is a time lag between the real picture and the IP stream on the phone, e.g. when I move my hands then the hand movement is shown on the phone 3 seconds (!) later. If I watch the IP stream in the browser (same camera, same WLAN, same phone) there is no time lag.

Any advice?
