Fayyah GIFs need improvement

The JellyOnFayyah GIFs are 4MB each and don't load easily. The animation still fires and looks weird. They also have a border, parts other than the Jellyfish are also glitchy

• [x] Compress or reduce resolution of GIFs (5f24524ce5465188545427b444bf31387a2905e8)
• [ ] The GIFs need a mask or only the jelly part needs to be animated
