Not able to use absolute path for tools.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Cloned https://github.com/gptscript-ai/vision to my home directory.
2. Tried to execute the following script:

tools: /Users/sangeethahariharan/vision/tool.gpt

Describe the picture in file /Users/sangeethahariharan/Downloads/sunrise.jpeg for me

Following error is seen:

gptscript testvision.gpt
2024/02/22 14:57:10 failed resolving /users/sangeethahariharan/vision/tool.gpt at ./testvision.gpt: can not load tools path=. name=/users/sangeethahariharan/vision/tool.gpt
sangeethahariharan@Sangeethas-MacBook-Pro examples % ls /users/sangeethahariharan/vision/tool.gpt
/users/sangeethahariharan/vision/tool.gpt

This issue is not seen when relative path is used .
