async/await

Since some of these process can take a while, it would be nice to have some type of async/await.

The nicest version of this I can imagine is automatic. That is, the function starts in the background and gptscript is smart enough to know when it needs the output of the async step and await it.

The other version is allowing a user to define async functions and await them.
