On the https://www.govtrack.us/misconduct web page the politcal party of each person is listed. However, only the person ID and Name is provided in this database. How does one cross reference person ID to political party? Can you please include these instructions?

Hello,

We cross reference with other legislative data at https://github.com/unitedstates/congress-legislators. Both datasets use the same ID system for legislators.
