Downloading images that have already been loaded by the browser fails if using b-t-s in default deny mode, because the browser uses a behind-the-scenes request ("other") to fetch the picture.

I thought it was just copied from the cache to whatever directory you picked, but this is somewhat troublesome and you should warn users in the dashboard.

Except that I see it's behind-the-scene with Firefox. I will have to import little by little the doc from HTTPSB which still matches uMatrix.
