Version Tagging

Is it possible to add more version tags ? actually there is only 0.1.0. Is it expected or is it a mistake ?

Especially since on https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pathtools is listed the 0.1.2 version and http://pythonhosted.org/pathtools/ the 0.1.1 version
