Tx shown as failed went through

I tried to make a tx from one node to another of friend we both using zeus connected to our nodes, the first try it showed a message of failure, then there was this "try again" button I clicked and failed message again. But both txs went well. On the sending zeus app there's not tx outgoing on the receiving zeus app, threre's one tx with 2x the original amount.

What failure message is show? If it says timed out, sometime the payment is in transit and can still succeed.
Perhaps we can improve the message there and add a way to track though.

LND 0.18.3 Zeus 0.9.1, but alo happening in the previous version LNC, via lightning terminal
