[Feature request] Disable logging for DigitalInkRecognition on iOS

Hello, why would you need to disable the logging? What is your use case?

Hi, The logging was useful when setting things up, but MLKit is working fine and I don’t need to see it anymore. It kind of gets in the way now that I’m debugging the rest of my app.

Can you list some examples of the logs that you are seeing, and would like to turn off?
