Interface is always black and white with no color

while fuzzing, cycles done or other iterms always black and white, without any other color, how can i solve it or how can i judge if cycles done is green?

also i used cmder and mabaxtrem and old cmd and mintty, but all cant work. i read the source code, but i didnt find where change the color.
