Label is not draggable with touch

When using on a mobile device, the label cannot be touched and dragged. The icon can be touched and dragged. When used on a desktop device, either the icon or label can be clicked and dragged.

To reproduce:

  1. Go to the Basic Example at https://googlemaps.github.io/js-markerwithlabel/examples/basic.html
  2. Change your browser to emulate a mobile device.
  3. Attempt to touch and drag a label.
