Add release notes on Github

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I open github or XCode's package manager, I am not able to see whats new.

Describe the solution you'd like Simple copy and paste the release notes from here to release notes of github.

Describe alternatives you've considered A release notes link can be added with each release.
