Visualize pickup & dropoff points

Actual pickup/dropoff points are redacted from the logs. Can infer locations by the nearest (in time) update vehicle call to the trip status change.

I am working on this now because we now optionally have the restricted logs, that do include the pickup/dropoff. We also already do have the "actual" pickup/dropoff in the regular cloud logging logs, but also not visualizing them yet.
