Noto into AOSP features

Is this the repo for the new diffenator "v2"?

Marek, Simon and Chris had a suggestion when reviewing Noto onboarding into AOSP:

• [ ] pull AOSP translation files into diffenator2, as a supplement / alternate to the wikidata text corpus pull. They are the files with "androidtext" as a prefix in their name in https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-source/blob/main/test/ - For example, for Albanian it is file https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-source/blob/main/test/Albanian/androidtext-font-Albanian-sq.txt
• [ ] make a Headless Android backend for diffenator2
