Has trouble properly entering VR on Firefox most of the time.

Testing on Firefox Developer Edition with Vive on Windows, most of the time, clicking the Enter VR button yields Waiting.... And then in the headset, I see a stuck image. Once in a while, with a fresh tab, it is able to enter VR, but only maybe 10% - 20% of the time.
