Data Studio Aggregates Metrics

I don't believe this works as written or something changed in Data Studio.

All docs and communities say that metrics must be aggregated now which applies a function to all of the weather data (ie sum avg count etc) so that the metrics don't show as discreet points on the time series graph.

I hope I'm wrong here but it appears this is forced now. @sunsetmountain
