Default branch is incorrect for codelab

Describe the problem The default branch 'starter-code' is missing files that are expected when going through this codelab

In which lesson and step of the codelab can this issue be found? Lesson 7 step 2

Open up TasksViewModelTest. It's under the tasks folder in the test source set.

This file doesn't exist in starter_code. There may be more files but i haven't gone through the whole codelab yet

How to reproduce? What are the exact steps to reproduce the problem?
