Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Dataflow data pipeline is not supported, and also not available in gcloud CLI (but this is another question). Describe the solution you'd like Just add the feature support to the SDK. Describe alternatives you've considered REST API. Additional context None

This feature request is for a client library for datapipelines.googleapis.com. https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/reference/data-pipelines/rest
