Steps to reproduce

1. open https://googleapis.dev/nodejs/googleapis/latest/index.html
2. go to e.g. 'compute'
3. open "Classes' on the left bar
4. (remark that there is three of everything, which makes it completely useless, but that's for another issue I guess)
5. click on "Compute"
6. browser unusable (can't click on anything). After a while, the browser offers to kill the page. Happens on both Chrome and Firefox on Linux
