Android TV click through URL using simple Banner

Im trying to implement a simple banner on AndroidTV. My issue is that I cannot make the click through URL working (using the remote control), instead of going to the play store or the app itself, it show me a toast message "No application can handle this action". I tried with the sample app, my app and with different GAM configuration.
