Publish Latest Changes Including PR #317 on rotateY Inconsistencies

Hello vector_math.dart maintainers,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention that the changes from #317, which resolved inconsistencies between Matrix3 and Matrix4 rotateY implementations, were merged into the master branch on March 6, 2024. These changes are quite pivotal for developers relying on accurate 3D transformations in Flutter.

However, as of today, it appears that these changes have not yet been published in a new version of the vector_math package on pub.dev. The delay in publishing these changes could potentially affect many developers who might benefit from the improved functionality but are not aware that they need to depend directly on the GitHub repository to get the latest updates.

Could you kindly provide an update on when we might expect a new release including these changes? Additionally, if there are any blockers or further contributions needed to facilitate this release, I would be glad to help.
