Code style configuration

Commit b455d4b8fda16a404250694639d4fa7785f13394 seems to reapply the gmpy2 porting PR along with some reformatting. I've also noticed some pylint references in comments when analyzing the library code a while ago.

Would it be possible to define the code style used for the repo, and ideally put a configuration file in, so that everyone's aligned automatically?
