Participants not seeing anything after clicking on Experiment on Android

Participants could not see anything when clicking on the study (in Android) nor do they receive pings. Context: Participant opens Paco to find the study but it doesn’t appear. This happened to many users on the third day of the study, and our stats panel shows that many participants received less than the intended # of pings. Troubleshooting Attempts: Attempted to refresh the study, following the instructions provided by Bob.
