Reliability: KT should verify trillian output before forwarding

In order to catch errors before passing them onto clients, the KT server should verify all output from Trillian before forwarding it to clients. It's better to have a 502 error than an invalid proof.

In order to make configuration of this easy, Trillian log and map clients should also self configure to avoid complex setup tasks.
