Unique name for a separate GCS scan file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While our reports are now unique (timestamp), the list of GCS buckets is printed in a separate file. We need to make it unique too.

Describe the solution you'd like Same timestamps for a list of GCS buckets file.
