Remove streaming pipeline

The streaming pipeline was originally implemented for OpenMRS but no one is currently using it. It has been in the maintenance mode for at least two years and it is time to remove it. Some current OpenMRS users confirmed that they do not rely on this feature or plan to use it in the future.
