Unable to install android emulator hypervisor driver in Android Studio

So I am trying to install Android Studio inside a remote machine But every time I try to install it gives me an error like Unable to Install Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver Screenshot 2023-12-13 172342

I'm facing the same issue

Android SDK is up to date. Running Android Emulator hypervisor driver installer [SC] ControlService FAILED 1062:

The service has not been started.

[SC] DeleteService SUCCESS [SC] StartService FAILED with error 4294967201. Done

windows defender was the issue all along for me. tried fixes> made sure virtualization in bios enabled. can see in task manager too under cpu process. tried windows hypervisor driver in windows features. disabled hyper v. enabled/disabled virtual machine there too. tried different combos. none worked. now i cant have defender running, disabled memory integrity and real time protection. Astudio wont start otherwise. only a temporary fix tho. need defender. excluded folders too. now will try to exclude processes.
