Guidelines on running the emulator on AKS/Kuberneters based architecture

As per the requirement, the KVM must be available to run the emulator: https://github.com/google/android-emulator-container-scripts#requirements

If you can update the README with more details on how to achieve this hardware requirement in case of AKS/Kuberneters based architecture, I guess it will help to many people who are creating a AKS/kubernetes based Jenkins pipeline.
