AEUX plugin doesn't work on After effect cc 2022

Hello, AEUX doesn't work on After effect cc 2022. I'm using the latest version of the plugin on Windows 10. Does anyone solve this? Aeux

Same here. I click "Send selection to Ae" in Sketch (Mac) and nothing happens.

I have the same problem MacBook M1 Pro MacOS 12.4 AE 22.1.1 AEUX 0.8.1-B

For me it works again with the most recent AE update.

I tried different things:

Windows 10 After: 22.5, 22.4, 22.3, 18.4.6 AEUX: AEUX_0.8.1-b, AEUX_0.8.1, AEUX_0.7.5

And nothing helps. AEUX window in AE is empty. Refresh window doesn't do anything.

I had the same issue. I tried multiple ways to get rid of this but nothing worked. Finally, it started working when I stop syncing the dropbox app on my MacBook. If you guys have a dropbox app (or any app having syncing feature turned on), quit the app and then try opening AEUX in after effects. Hope this will work 👍

NB : You can start using the dropbox app once AEUX starts working.

Hey folks, I've found a solution! (Windows)

So uninstalling AEUX didn't delete all the old files on my disc C. Besides config files, there were old zxp packages (AEUX_0.7.6) and a bunch of different elements with AEUX in the name left on my OS drive. So it may cause problems.

  1. Uninstall AEUX
  2. Delete all AEUX files from these directories:

C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\sumUX C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\BattleAxe C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp C:\ProgramData\Adobe\UPI\EM Store\After Effects C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\EM Store\Shared

or just search 'AEUX' on your C drive and delete all files.

  1. Restart
  2. Install new AEUX
  3. Open AE and the plugin.
