AF-multimeter executing time question

I got some questions about running AF-multimeter, how many time when I run one 800aa length * 300aa

Assuming I correctly understood your question (how long to run a heterodimer with 800aa and 300aa subunits), and assuming you use similar hardware and settings as I do (AWS G5 or p3.2xlarge instance, and I relax all 25 output structures), I would expect the runtime to fall somewhere in the admittedly broad range of 4-8 hours. This could vary significantly based on the MSA size though.
