Add utility / script to bundle data for debugging

• service logs
• configs (sensitive info in localconf?)
• configure logs
• journal output?
• service status
• board info
• git hash of all repos
• hostname

bundle all of the items in a tar.gz give the user a way to receive the bundle and optionally upload it:

• scp from host machine to maverick (linux) machine
• copy from web ide
• download via -web
• upload to a server?
