Step to Reproduce:

1. install Speed Dial extension
2. add dial
3. open Speed Dial tab in background
4. show preview of the background tab
5. send click event on a dial

Actual Results: Speed Dial loads a page in the current tab.

Expected Results: Speed Dial loads a page in the background tab.
