How can I use Google Transliteration API with this?

Newbie.. Im trying to build a small app that people can type a text that they like and in Tamil with a font I've designed and download an image of it. For input I need to use https://developers.google.com/transliterate/ api.

I was wondering if I can use it with your plugin.
