ResumeParser machine learning

I need to know what exactly and where the machine leaning concept used here in this project by @antonydeepak . Can JAPE and the GATE be called as the machine learning concept??

I read that some of the NLP parts in GATE is machine learned, however it is misleading to quote the ML word here after all the recent advancements in machine learning. I have edited the readme file to reflect the same. Thanks

@antonydeepak I thought that exactly what you told. Actually I'm learning ML concept as an undergraduate, so it was difficult for me to find where its used. Thank you for clearing the doubt 👍

@antonydeepak can you please share the knowledge over implementation using Machine learning on project like this, If there is a link for reference apart from the gate module 11 pdf which is on GATE website. Can you please share?
