Visual script native nodes needs to be restored

Issue description

As of https://github.com/godotengine/godot-visual-script/commit/d616fa948fe66cbbf2130ecca00ff2ab0f97f61f the visual script native nodes were removed.

Nodes like branch, and such need to be restored.

Steps to reproduce

1. open search
2. Look for the missing branch node
