Is this being maintained ?

The repository appears to have no activity from the owner and there a couple of PRs to merge, what is the status of this @gnprice ? Are you willing to transfer the repository ? I'm interested in the tool and collaborate with it, but it appears that is not being maintained.

I have been using https://crates.io/crates/tomli and it works pretty good.
