Cannot copy AMI

When I try to copy the AMI, I get the message “You do not have permission to access the storage of this ami”

I believe this is because the underlying snapshot is not public

I’m trying to copy ami-0ac7160e7f16f76ac because c5d.2xlarge is not available in us-east-1
