Enable gestures during editing

Would be nice to have some public method to enable all gestures when enter editing mode, so that user could move item by long press,or tap to stop editing.

Similar to Flipboard: -> Edit on long tap -> Move item on long tap(Edit mode) -> Disable edit on tap or tap 'X'(Edit mode)

yes Flipboard works well

Really miss tap gesture in edit mode. After deleting, a user must tap an empty space - it's not intuitive. Simply click on any item and exit the edit mode.
