Weighting/rating mechanism for interlude music

Add the option to specify a weight/rating for each interlude track, e.g. 0.00 being least likely to be played and 1.00 most likely. Bonus: Option to infer the rating by analyzing playback history, e.g. often played songs will be automatically rated higher.
