Correct version for Lubuntu 16.04.5 LTS

After several attempts, I found that the correct version for my system, Lubuntu 16.04.5 LTS, is 3.5.0, works perfectly!

Install. The same steps for the Ubuntu version, but changing the next line:

sudo pip3 install https://github.com/serialoverflow/blockify/archive/v3.5.0.zip
