Batch File Renaming/Container Modification
Currently, the behavior w.r.t changing the file naming scheme seems to be preserve existing files and apply the new naming scheme to newly created files. Existing files that are saved seem to have their name updated depending on the new file naming scheme chosen.
I fully agree that it would be a bad idea to automatically modify a user's entire library of notes when changing the naming scheme, however, it would be great if the option was provided. This request also applies to the container type and file format where it appears that changing the setting only affects new notes.
Otherwise, changing the container type/file naming/extension is guaranteed to leave the user with a "fractured" library. Perhaps there could be a "batch refractor" button (not sure that's the best name) with an explanation that this will change all existing notes to match the current scheme. For an operation like this, it might be a good idea to trigger a full backup before starting.
