I note that the WayBack machine has an older copy that seems to be present: https://web.archive.org/web/20200715131546/http://protocols.ascensia.com:80/Programming-Guide.aspx although the manner of the terms and conditions are really sneakily nasty towards 3rd party attempts to actually use what is there - if they are actually enforceable...!
