No glmark2 process on GPU
Hi, While my system has M2000 GPU and the CPU is Ryzen which doesn't have any builting graphic processor, when I run glmark2, I see that CPU utilization goes high (600% out of 1600% means 6 threads out of 16 threads) while there is no process on GPU. Only xorg is on the GPU with 80 MB of memory and when I close glmark2, xorg process still remains on GPU.
Please see the picture at https://pasteboard.co/IqY70VO.png Is that normal?
Hi! What's the OpenGL information printed out by glmark2 when it starts? Also, what's your glmark2 score (i.e., average FPS)?
Since glmark2 is rendering as fast as it can, it's not unusual to see high CPU usage for fast GPUs.
Of course, high CPU usage could also happen because you are falling back to software rendering for some reason, or abnormal driver overhead
HI @mahmoodn @afrantzis, I am also suffering from this issue with the M2000 GPU.
Was there a solution found?
I am getting a glmark2 score of 412 which seems low, unless I am mistaken on the abilities of my card!
Thanks in advance.
