Custom DNS configuration

Hello,

This is not clear to me where the consul configuration should be updated. I would like to use DNS forwarding feature.

  1. DNS configuration should be taken into account by just updating config/consul.json ?
  2. Do we need to run a new agent to take the DNS configuration into account ? consul reload does not seem to talk about DNS
