Background of double-width characters is single-width

Thank you for the most useful addon ever!

However, it seems that background of double-width characters is single-width.

  • OS Version: mac x86-64
  • Browser Version: Google Inc. Chrome 80.0.3987.132
  • Browser Addon Version: 0.1.21
  • Neovim Plugin Version: 0.1.21
  • What I tried to do: Input some double-width characters and enter visual-line mode
  • What happened: screenshot

Seems this problem was not solved correctly. At least it happen in Chinese: image Hope it could be solved, thanks!

@BoltLi Thank you for reporting this, I can reproduce it. I am certain I fixed the problem at some point, but I must have re-introduced it when I re-wrote the renderer, sorry about this.
