YouTube Commmunity Tab Posts

Currently it seems YouTube as channel can only be used to upload videos. It would be great if posting to the YouTube community tab is also supported.
🎤 Why is this feature needed ?
Using the community tab is a common way to post something on YouTube and works very similarly to the other channels that Postiz already supports.
To be able to select between video and community tab, an additional post setting would need to be added. Posting something as a video and as a post in the community tab at the same time wouldn't be required. It should always be one or the other usually.
✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?
YouTube as channel is already available, so a lot of this should be simple to do.
- YouTube post settings would need to be adapted so you can select either a video or a community tab post
- Posting to the YouTube community tab would need to be added with YouTube's API - I think this is the link to the right API call https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/commentThreads/insert
