Swap old 3d character images

I updated the design of our characters and they now need to be swapped on the website

Graphics that need to be replaces:

• on https://www.gitpod.io/vs/local-development: 6 graphics
• on https://www.gitpod.io/community: 1 graphic
• on https://www.gitpod.io/community/heroes: 1 graphic
• on all components e.g. used on https://www.gitpod.io/for/startups: 1 graphic
