Improve twitter quotes

Changes:

• [x] I tried to highlight the companies more and to make the advocate look more connected to Gitpod (orange frame, monochrome picture)
• [ ] Add company logo
• [x] updated headline to be more enterprise focussed
• [x] remove the link to Twitter to not drive visitors away from our website [1]

• update the current quotes

@chrifro while completely possible it will take a lot of effort from our side as we will need to adjust the logos for both the light and dark modes ourselves i.e we will have to do this each time a new logo is added. Would it be fine if we don't add the logos?

Let's go for the MVC and write out the company name instead of adding the logo. We can always iterate on it 🙌
