I upgraded my plan to Core but I don't see the plan activated and my account was not credited but my card was charged

Description All of this didn't happen very well. I can't believe that a platform doesn't offer any refund support. It's extremely complicated. It happened in the afternoon. My resources have expired. I really like the value this platform brings to me and I'm willing to pay the amount. Then something bad is going to happen. I paid 20 US dollars through my own bank and was about to go back happily. Oh my god, my resources haven't been upgraded. This made me very sad and I was sad for the whole afternoon. I hope to upgrade my resources or get a refund
